What is a personal concierge?
A personal concierge is an as-needed personal assistant to help with tasks and errands that individuals don’t want or have time to do. We prioritize and efficiently take care of to do lists. We form relationships with our clients to provide personalized assistance by offering compassionate, dependable and confidential services.
What area of Houston does Dash serve?
Dash serves neighborhoods inside and around the southwest 610 loop. Our clients live in West U, Bellaire, Meyerland, Memorial, and South Hampton. Don’t see your area? Just ask…we are more than likely able to help you out!
Who uses Dash services?
We work with people who want less stress and desire to have more calmness and joy in their lives. Our clients want recognize their need for help and are able to delegate to get the support they need.
Busy mothers use Dash services the most. We have also helped business owners, families, and busy professionals.
What are your rates?
Because every client is different; needs will be different. Our pricing is dependent on how much and how often you use our services. We have packages to suit a variety of needs and budgets. We have packages that start as low as $140.
Will I get the same concierge each time?
Christina, founder of Dash, is typically the concierge that will be providing services to you. However, we have a few other assistants that help out during the busy season and/or with large projects, such as a party or organizing a garage. While your confidence and trust are important, having help in our business allows us to be able to meet your needs when you need it most.
Are Dash’s services confidential?
Your personal information is absolutely kept in confidence. You can rest assured that any document or otherwise that we see in your home will remain private. We have a confidentiality clause available to our clients. Your trust and safety are incredibly important to us.
Do you perform administrative tasks?
We understand how much time administrative tasks can take. Tasks like answering calls, emails, and filing can take you away from more important jobs. You may not be ready for a full time employee. The beauty of our business is that you can use our services as needed.
Do you offer housekeeping?
While we do not offer housekeeping services, we do at times help clients find the right provider and oversee the work. We are certainly not too proud to help out with any task; in fact we often will unload the dishwasher or fold a load of laundry while waiting for the cable guy for a client. However, cleaning is not what we do best, so we leave it up to the pros so that we can more efficiently take care of you!
What hours will I have a concierge available?
Concierge services are available Monday thru Friday 9am-6pm. Services can be provided on evenings and weekends for an additional fee.
How are services billed?
Clients typically purchase a package at the beginning of our work together. The packages are billed through a bookkeeping app called Freshbooks. We keep track of hours, and will let you know when you are nearing the end of your time in your package.
What types of payment are accepted?
We accept checks, bank transfer with Zelle, Venmo, or credit card payment.
How can I get started?
It is so SO easy to get started. Pick up the phone, email, or use our website to schedule a quick call. In 30 minutes or so, you tell us about what’s going on in your life and what tasks are contributing to the stress. We will determine what your needs are and how we can take some things off your plate. We decide together what package best fits you needs and budget, then we schedule our first meeting to get things done!
